Vendors Area

Premier Communities continually seeks quality, professional vendors to fulfill maintenance contracts for landscaping, pool care, exterminating, painting and more. This area is created to assist companies that wish to be considered for our approved vendor list.

 

Thank you for your interest in providing maintenance service for properties managed by Premier Communities.  There are three areas of consideration prior to being added to our vendor list, first being requirements, then expectations and then procedures.

 

Vendor Application Requirements

  1. If you have employees you must provide proof of workers compensation insurance naming Premier Communities as Certificate Holder.  If you have no employees you must sign a statement to that effect.

  2. You must provide proof of general liability insurance in the amount of $1 million, naming Premier Communities as Certificate Holder.

  3. If the types of services you provide require a contractor's license you must provide a copy of your license.

  4. Completed W-9 form for tax reporting purposes as required by the IRS.

  5. Tax ID Number

  6. Name of Principal Owner(s) of Company

  7. Address if P.O. Box, an additional physical address of company owner for files

  8. Business Telephone Number

  9. Cell Phone Number

  10. Fax Number

  11. How many years in Business?

  12. Business references - minimum (3)

Vendor Application Expectations

  1. Provide in a professional manner only those services you are qualified and licensed to perform.

  2. Charge in accordance to our customary charges based on our past experiences.

  3. Provide services in a timely manner.

  4. Treat all homeowners and company representatives respectfully.

  5. Communicate status of service provided.

  6. Provide professional and detailed invoices.

Vendor Application Procedures

  1. Services provided are frequently inspected for thoroughness

  2. Homeowners are frequently surveyed for their satisfaction with your services.

  3. Services may be suspended or terminated if any deficiencies or complaints are noted.
