Premier Communities believes that professionally trained individuals make creative, insightful leaders and team members. To that end, we are pleased to provide training for a variety of roles and responsibilities that may be required for the guidance and governance of your community association.

Board of Directors
Premier offers quarterly board member training at our Dallas corporate office.

Board member training is conveniently scheduled in the evening and classes typically run approximately two hours. 

Classes address topics such as running a board meeting, understanding financial statements, understanding reserve funds, budgeting, new legislation, the collections process and effectively adhering to the CC&R's and by-laws and creating community in associations. This class is complimentary and has proven to be an excellent investment of our board members' time.
