Due to the demand for Same Day and 1
Business Day turn-around, staffing needs have increased and costs
for this service have increased as a result, see below. Other fee
schedule and collection of fees detailed below as well.
Resale Certificate Fees
(Initial Closing/Resales) and turn-around times:
$195.00 – 7-10 Business days (Base Rate)
$210.00 – 4-6 Business days
$220.00 – 2-3 Business days
$295.00 – 1 Business day

$350.00 – Same day (requests must be received no later than 1pm)*

Where applicable
Transfer Fee - $100.00 will be collected at closing and mailed to
Premier Communities along with a copy of the warranty deed for the
transfer of ownership for each property.
All resale certificate fees will be collected in advance.

after the request is received.
